Twenty-nine clients for the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) were served during the mobile registration in Barangays Malayugan and Balluyan, Flora last September 11-12. All of them have complied with their lacking documents prior to registration at the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO), and were all enlisted for verification. Meantime, five beneficiaries of BRAP in Malayugan also received their PSA live births in security paper last September 11 through the collaborative efforts of PSA Apayao and LCRO.

The mobile registration and distribution were conducted by Municipal Registrar Officer III Grace Collado and staff, PSA Registration Officer II Joanna Lynne Castro and Birth Registration Coordinator Ruel Mamuad. The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for this project for its tremendous help in most of their government and private transactions.
