WHEREAS, the RSDP 2017-2023 provides the necessary framework for the development, generation, and dissemination of statistics and indicators needed in evidence-based policies, plans, and decisions of government and other key stakeholders and data users at the local level;

WHEREAS, the CAR RSDP 2017-2023 Update was done to assess the implementation of the identified statistical development programs and projects (SDPs) in 2017 to 2020 and to update the list of SDPs that supports the improvement of the RSS;

WHEREAS, RSC-CAR, during its fourth quarter meeting on 29 November 2021, approved the CAR RSDP 2017-2023 Update;

WHEREAS, the Regional Development Council (RDC) was created to coordinate the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of short and long-term regional development plans, including the formulation of policy recommendations, among others:

WHEREAS, RSC-CAR deems it critical to endorse to RDC-CAR the approved CAR RSDP 2018-2023 Update to ensure the region’s continuous full support in its implementation;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, BE IT

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Regional Statistics Committee-CAR endorses the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) Regional Statistical Development Program (RSDP) 2017-2023 Update to the Regional Development Council (RDC) - Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR);

RESOLVED FINALLY, that all concerned agencies are enjoined to provide the necessary updates during the monitoring and reporting of the statistical development programs (SDPs) to PSA-CAR.
