4-8 August 2025 – LAGAWE, IFUGAO. In preparation for the upcoming nationwide field operations, the PSA - Ifugao Provincial Statistical Office successfully conducted a five-day training on the 2025 Updating of List of Agriculture Farm Operators and Inland Fishing Households and the 2025 Listing of Marine Fish Landing Centers (ULAFO-LMFLC). 
The training, held at the PSA Conference Room in
Lagawe, Ifugao, concludes today.

Supervised by Statistical Specialist II Eric B. Aplosen, the training prepared one Team Supervisor and twenty-one Enumerators from various municipalities in Ifugao to carry out the surveys competently and with precision. Field data collection is set to begin on 11 August and will run until 13 October 2025. 
 

The 2025 Updating of List of Agriculture Farm Operators and Inland Fishing Households, and the 2025 Listing of Marine Fish Landing Centers (ULAFO-LMFLC) marks a vital step in the Philippine Statistics Authority's continued efforts to enhance the quality and relevance of agriculture and fisheries statistics in the country. It is a nationwide activity that seeks to provide an updated and reliable list frame of agricultural farm operators, inland fishing households, and marine fish landing centers for the quarterly agriculture and fisheries surveys. This initiative incorporates geospatial technologies to develop a geo-enabled list frame for these sample surveys.
