PSA - Ifugao with five representatives from the LGU of Mayoyao after the presentation of the 2024 CBMS preliminary results.

29 July 2025 – LAGAWE, IFUGAO. The PSA - Ifugao Provincial Statistical Office conducted the first presentation of the 2024 Community Based Monitoring System Preliminary (CBMS) Results for the Municipality of Mayoyao at the PSA Conference Hall. There were Five Participants from the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Mayoyao specifically those who will use CBMS data for poverty alleviation planning and program implementation such as the Mayor, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC), Data Protection Officer (DPO), Statistician, the CBMS Focal Person and the Business Permit and Licensing Officer (BPLO).

Chief Statistical Specialist Delano C. Bolislis, Jr. rendered a welcome and opening remarks. He urged participants to actively participate and share their insights and observations.

Senior Statistical Specialist Bernadette B. Guledew presented the key highlights of the 2024 CBMS preliminary results which covers various indicators aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. 

The session was further enriched by the presentation of Philippine Standard Industrial Classification (PSIC) and Philippine Standard Geographic Classification (PSGC) by COSW-Statistical Analyst Syrene Mae A. Butticon. Also presented is the PSA-LGU Data Sharing on Business Registers Project of Mayoyao by COSW-Statistical Analyst Junelyne D. Carabacan.

Open Forum with Mayoyao MPDC Florence Ponchinlan, Acct. Peter Lahina, Jr., and CSS Delano C. Bolislis, Jr.

During the open forum, PSO - Ifugao addressed the LGU’s data concerns and expressed confidence that these would be resolved before the final turnover. The CBMS results will be crucial in formulating inclusive and evidence-based policies for Mayoyao.
