04 OCTOBER 2023 – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Kalinga is thrilled to announce the launch of its Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) on Wheels initiative, making its way to Agbannawag, Tabuk City.
This initiative represents a significant step towards a more connected and inclusive Philippines by offering residents an accessible and convenient way to register for the PhilSys. PhilSys Registration on Wheels is a mobile service designed to bring the registration process directly to the community's doorstep. This eliminates the need for residents to undertake long journeys to complete their PhilSys registration. The program aims to ensure that every eligible Filipino, regardless of their location, can easily and efficiently register for this vital identification system.
Dedicated PSA Kalinga personnel will be on hand to assist residents throughout the registration process. Stringent security measures are in place to safeguard personal information, ensuring the privacy and protection of registrants' data.
The PhilID serves as a gateway to numerous government services, including social welfare benefits, healthcare access, and financial services. By launching the PhilSys on Wheels program, PSA Kalinga is reaffirming its commitment to the government's vision of a more inclusive and digitally empowered society for all citizens.
The residents of Agbannawag are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to register for their PhilIDs and pave the way for a more connected and accessible future.
Join us in this exciting endeavor to empower communities and ensure that no one is left behind in the digital age. Together, we can build a stronger and more digitally connected Philippines.
