PSA Kalinga Initiates Comprehensive IEC Campaign to Enhance PhilSys Awareness and Participation

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Kalinga is embarking on a transformative journey to foster greater awareness and participation in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). This campaign enables and promotes the trust of the people in digital government. Through an extensive Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) campaign, PSA Kalinga aims to ensure that every resident in the province understands the importance of PhilSys and actively engages in the registration process.

In accordance with this, the PhilSys team conducts the distribution of brochures and participates in the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) activities. Also, the team was able to address the queries and concerns of the clients in the office of the Social Welfare and Development (SWAD) and Civil Registry Service (CRS) Tabuk Outlet during the above-mentioned activity.

On 11 September 2023, PSA Kalinga actively participated in the 123^rd PCSA at Kalinga Astrodome, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga to deliver exemplary services to the public. There were 17 individuals who were successfully registered for their PhilID and 12 individuals were able to address their concerns regarding birth registration issues which is part of the current activity of the PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project (PBRAP). PSA Kalinga is committed to sharing accurate and easily digestible information about the services it offers, ensuring that residents grasp its significance, advantages, and relevance to their daily lives.
