The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Kalinga successfully registered over 184,972 persons in the province as of May 25, 2024. The latest PhilSys registration initiative by the office now includes children aged 1 to 4, thereby extending registration available to all Filipinos. Furthermore, continuous mobile registration initiatives are in place to aid constituents residing in far-flung areas or those encountering difficulty accessing registration centers.

Institutional registration activities are also being conducted in both public and private institutions alongside the ongoing efforts. By extending registration services, students and staff, as well as the residents nearby, can conveniently register for PhilSys, fostering widespread participation and accessibility within educational environments. This proactive approach ensures that a broad spectrum of the population can easily avail themselves of the benefits provided by the PhilSys registration initiative.

The same service, including ePhilID issuance and authentication for identity verification, is now accessible to Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries and their family through Family Development Sessions (FDS) organized by the Social Welfare and Development (SWAD) Kalinga. These sessions provide an opportunity for 4Ps families to conveniently register for PhilSys and obtain their ePhilIDs, enhancing the ease of identity verification and ensuring that they receive the full benefits of the program.
