The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Kalinga calls on all yKalinga to register in the National Identification System. The Fixed Registration Center is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the GLIMz Building, Purok 4, Balinag Street, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga. The National ID system refers to the government’s central identification system for all Filipino citizens and resident aliens in the Philippines.

The registration process is straightforward and consists of four essential steps. To begin, individuals may visit any of the PSA’s mobile registration centers across the province or proceed directly to the PSA Fixed Registration Center. Upon arrival, registrants must present the necessary supporting documents to the Registration Kit Operator (RKO). Acceptable primary documents include:

  • PSA-issued Certificate of Live Birth accompanied by one (1) government-issued identification document bearing the full name, front-facing photograph, and signature or thumb mark;

  • Philippine Passport or ePassport issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA);

  • Unified Multi-purpose Identification (UMID) Card issued by the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) or the Social Security System (SSS);

  • Student’s License Permit or Non-Professional/Professional Driver’s License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

For a complete list of accepted documents, individuals are encouraged to visit the official website at https://philsys.gov.ph/supporting-documents/

Following document verification, registrants will proceed with the validation of their demographic data and the capture of biometric information, including fingerprint scans, iris scans, and a front-facing image. It is essential for registrants to carefully review their information to ensure accuracy before finalizing the registration process.

Upon successful registration, individuals will receive a transaction slip containing a unique transaction reference number (TRN). This slip must be kept secure as it will be used to track the delivery status of the National ID and check the availability of the ePhilID or the physical National ID.

The National ID System offers numerous benefits, including simplified access to public services and more efficient transactions with government agencies. PSA Kalinga encourages everyone to register and take advantage of this significant step toward a more streamlined and accessible government service.
