PSA Kalinga Embarks on Reaching Sitios/Puroks in the City for PhilID Registration
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Kalinga took a strategic initiative to reach the sitios and puroks of different barangays in Tabuk City for PhilID registration. This initiative aims to ensure that no citizen is left behind, offering equal access to the benefits of being PhilSys registered.
The Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) has garnered significant attention for its potential to digitalize the way citizens access essential services and assert their identities. PSA Kalinga’s proactive approach reflects a deep commitment to the principles of equity and inclusion. The team is equipped with the necessary resources, technology, and personnel to conduct registrations efficiently and effectively as they traverse through sitios and puroks.
With a resolute commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, the PhilSys Team ventured into various remote communities across Tabuk City. Setting up mobile registration centers and collaborating with local authorities, the team successfully facilitated the registration of national IDs for countless residents.
The PhilSys Team encourages residents to stay informed about their visit schedules. Team members were able to provide assistance, answer questions, and facilitate the registration process, ensuring that every eligible citizen gets an opportunity to register for their national ID.
