The PSA implemented the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) in 2022 to ensure that all births of Filipinos in the country are registered in the Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) particularly in marginalized communities, Indigenous People, Muslim Filipinos and Poorest sector in the country. The project aims to increase the level of civil registration and have their birth document a way access essential rights and services
through proper civil documentation.

For the month of February, The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Kalinga Provincial Statistical Office conducted Information Education Campaign and Mobile
registration in various Barangays in the City of Tabuk through Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP). PSA Kalinga in collaboration with Local Civil Registry Office of Tabuk City spearheads the conduct of four (4) mobile registrations and Information Education Campaign for the Month of February 2025.
 

In addition to the activity, the Assistant City Civil Registrar of Tabuk and BRC Sagasag awarded the Birth Certificates to BRAP beneficiaries printed in SECPA and distributed the printed brochures to the attendees.
