In a landmark event held on January 30, 2024, the PSA Kalinga officially handed over the comprehensive 2022 CBMS dataset to LGU Pinukpuk, marking the final step in achieving a remarkable 100% data turnover throughout the cities and municipalities in the province. This accomplishment highlights the commitment and collaborative efforts of both PSA Kalinga and LGUs to gather, process, and utilize accurate and up-to-date community data for informed decision-making.

The CBMS Data Turnover Ceremony serves as a testament to the dedication of PSA Kalinga and the LGUs in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of community data, fostering transparency, and enabling evidence-based planning for the sustainable development of Kalinga Province.

The event featured a symbolic turnover ceremony, where key representatives from RSSO-CAR and PSO Kalinga turnover the final datasets of 2022 CBMS to the LGU Pinukpuk. It signifies the successful culmination of the municipality-wide initiative. Officials expressed gratitude to the communities, data collectors, and all stakeholders who played pivotal roles in making this achievement possible.

Atty. Brozybroz Mateo, SSII of RSSO CAR, stated, “The 2022 CBMS data is democratic data. Wherein the gathered data is the voice of the community. The turnover ceremony may be the end of the 2022 CBMS cycle, but it will be the start of the utilization of LGU for the benefit of the community.”

The successful conclusion of the 2022 CBMS Data Turnover Ceremony not only represents a significant achievement for LGU Pinukpuk but also sets a precedent for the entire province in prioritizing accurate and comprehensive data for effective governance and development.
