The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Kalinga conduct the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Registration Drive in the Kalinga State University (KSU) Bulanao and Dagupan campuses to cater the students and personnel. This will provide an accessible avenue for students within the campus to register in the PhilSys.

Recognizing the importance of a unified PhilID, PSA Kalinga collaborated with KSU to establish on-campus PhilSys registration center. The initiative, which runs from Januray 22 to February 05, 2024 aimed to streamline the registration process for the university's student, promoting awareness and ensuring that students have easy access to this essential government service. 

The school-based registration drive featured strategically placed PhilSys registration center is manned by PSA Kalinga personnel. Students were provided with guidance, assistance, and all the necessary resources to complete their PhilSys registration seamlessly. Every college department hes their schedule as shown below.

The PhilSys, as a flagship program of the Philippine government, plays a pivotal role in enhancing public services, social benefits, and overall governance efficiency. By bringing the registration process directly to the KSU campus, PSA Kalinga aims to ensure widespread awareness and participation, making it easier for students to obtain their PhilIDs. The success of the school-based PhilSys registration drive reflects the strong cooperation between PSA-Kalinga and KSU.
