In celebration of the 10th Founding Anniversary of the Schools Division of Tabuk City, a Free Legal Aid program was successfully held on June 22, 2024, at the Bulanao Norte Barangay Hall, Tabuk City, Kalinga. The event was organized to bring essential government services closer to the people of Barangay Bulanao Norte, making it easier for residents to access important legal assistance.
The Free Legal Aid Clinic was participated by the dedicated employees of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Kalinga, led by Chief Statistical Specialist (CSS) Maribel M. Dalayday. The PSA Kalinga staff conducted an information dissemination campaign and provided free assistance with various PSA services. This included helping residents with birth certificate applications, corrections, other civil registration concerns, and the National ID registration.
The event was a significant effort to ensure that the residents of Bulanao Norte are well-informed about their legal rights and have easy access to necessary government services. By bringing these services directly to the community, the PSA aimed to make a positive impact on the lives of the local residents, ensuring they receive the support and information they need without having to travel far from their homes.
