KAPANGAN, Benguet –The office of the Municipal Mayor of Kapangan, led by Mayor Manny Fermin, has coordinated with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in Benguet, under Chief Statistical Specialist Imelda Buyuccan, to cater residents by offering various PSA services. This initiative is part of Kapangan’s Grand March Festival 2025, which began on February 27 and will continue until May 5.

With the theme "Embracing Unity in Diversity: Showcasing Heritage and Cultural Legacy," the PSA Benguet National ID Registration Team will work alongside residents to provide National ID services. These services include National ID registration for individuals of all ages (0 and above), updating demographic details, issuing National IDs in paper form, assisting with digital National IDs, and retrieving transaction reference numbers.

As the municipality celebrates its vibrant culture and heritage, PSA Benguet is dedicated to serving residents with hospitality and a strong community connection.

The National ID services will be available on March 21, coinciding with the Grand March Festival, the Grand Cañao Grand Demonstration, and the Cultural Dance Presentation.
