The Quarterly Survey of Philippine Business and Industry (QSPBI) will be conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in March, June, September and December 2025, covering around 6,000 establishments nationwide and eighty-eight (88) establishments for the province of Benguet including Baguio City.

The survey aims to collect data as inputs in the estimation of the Quarterly National Accounts. It includes quarterly data on employment, compensation, value of production, total revenue, and total inventory of goods and capacity utilization by industry groups.

The PSA adheres to the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality pursuant to R.A. No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and R.A. No. 10625 or the Philippine Statistical Act of 2013.  All information gathered on the survey are confidential and not for disclosure unless authorized by law.  Moreover, PSA will release data only in the form of summaries or statistical tables.

The PSA will utilize Self-Administered Questionnaires (SAQ) as the primary method of collection to distribute and collect the 2025 QSPBI questionnaires. Questionnaires can be also submitted online through the QSPBI webpage: https://qspbi.psa.gov.ph if face to face collection is not possible.

PSA-Benguet Provincial Statistical Office enjoins all selected sample establishments to support the QSPBI by providing the required information to authorized PSA personnel who will visit the establishments to distribute and collect the questionnaires.
