Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Kalinga conducted its Corporate Social Responsibility at Tangbay Elementary School in celebration of the PSA 11^th Anniversary.

TABUK CITY, KALINGA – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) marks its 11th year of dedicated service in delivering relevant and reliable statistics, efficient civil registration, and inclusive identification system. In celebration of the said event, PSA Kalinga held a successful outreach event at Tangbay Elementary School on September 12, 2024, underscoring the office' commitment to public service and corporate social responsibility.

The celebration included a comprehensive medical mission, generously sponsored by the Provincial Local Government Unit of Kalinga. This initiative provided essential health services, including medical consultations and treatments, to local residents, thereby significantly contributing to their well-being.

PSA Kalinga also organized a gift-giving activity that brought joy to the pupils of Tangbay Elementary School. The distribution of gifts was met with great appreciation and delight from the young students, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to improving the lives of the community’s youth.

In its continued effort to provide efficient Civil Registration services, PSA Kalinga extended its support to the community by addressing concerns related to Civil Registration Documents, ensuring that residents had access to vital records. Additionally, National ID Registration was conducted, with a focus on enrolling children aged 1-4 years old into the system, thereby promoting inclusivity in national identification.

As part of its commitment to health and wellness, PSA Kalinga organized an Eco Walk for its employees. This initiative highlighted the significance of physical fitness and environmental stewardship, reflecting the agency’s broader objectives in health advocacy.

This year’s celebration of the PSA 11th Anniversary is particularly meaningful as PSA Kalinga has ranked 5th in Statistical Operations during the PSA 2023 Awards held at PSA Complex, Quezon City. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and commitment of the office in delivering top-notch statistical services that guide informed decision-making and promote local development.
