One of the highlighted events during the 22nd Matagoan Festival was the Tabuk Foundation Day. Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-Kalinga joined the grand civic parade in Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City, Kalinga on June 24, 2023. As per Tabuk City Public Information Office, thousands of participants flock the Matagoan Grand Civic Parade from different National Line Agencies; Provincial Local Government Unit (PLGU); City Local Government Unit (CLGU); and 43 barangays in the city.

Grand Civic Parade started around 8:00 a.m. at Tabuk City National High School (TCNHS) and the parade route ended at Tabuk City Gymnasium in the city hall compound.

The parade fosters a sense of civic pride and unity among the attendees. It serves as a platform for PSA Kalinga to showcase the presence of the agency in the city. This event would strengthen the public relations of the office with the community, which is one of the major partners in several surveys mandated.

National line agencies including PSA were recognized for their contributions which served as a tool in shaping the community towards sustainable development. As part of Outcome II of Organizational Goal VI of the PSA, which facilitates organization excellence and employee well-being through appropriate interventions, PSA Kalinga employees consistently involve themselves in the events and programs mentioned above.
