PSA - Ifugao Conducts Civil Registration Mobile Outlet Service during 2025 Gotad ad Ifugao

17-19 June 2025 - Lagawe, Ifugao. PSO - Ifugao, working hand in hand with the PSA RSSO - CAR, ran a three-day Mobile Registration and Security Paper (SECPA) Issuance drive from 17-19 June 2025. Timed to coincide with the 2025 Gotad ad Ifugao festival, the event brought essential civil-document services in the province of Ifugao.

During the registration, clients obtained Certificates of Live Birth, Marriage, Death, and the Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) while also registering in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) or National ID registration. Service was offered at two locations: on June 17 and 18, registration happened on the second floor of the Multipurpose Building in the Provincial Capitol Compound, in collaboration with the Ifugao Provincial Government Unit, and on June 19 the team moved to the G/F of the New LMDC Building, home to the PSA provincial office in Lagawe, Ifugao.

The joint team of PSO - Ifugao PhilSys team led the National ID registration, making sure clients are being registered and queries are being answered, while staff from PSA RSSO - CAR and PSO - Ifugao processed requests for Security Papers. Thanks to their teamwork, most applicants walked away with the documents on the same day, a clear sign of quick and friendly service for the community.

Attendance sheets for the mobile SECPA drop-off record 78 clients on day one, 67 on day two, and 85 on day three. The high turnout over the three-day activity highlights the pressing need for accessible civil registration services in the province of Ifugao. In response to this demand, PSA - Ifugao reaffirms its commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and people-centered public service to more municipalities across the province.
