The Kapehan was conducted on 09 September 2024 at EKB Jr. Evacuation Center and Multipurpose Gymnasium (Aliwa Gym).

The meeting was presided by Governor Elias C. Bulut Jr., and was participated by Provincial Vice-Governor Remy N. Albano, Board Members, heads/representatives of the provincial and municipal local government units, national line agencies, and civil society.

Chief Statistical Specialist Geoffrey B. Calimuhayan presented the targets and accomplishments on the rollout of the 2024 Census on Population and CommunityBased Monitoring System.
