Joint PSA and AIMCRs Successfully Conduct Outreach Program in Tinoc, Ifugao

Tinoc, Ifugao – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), in collaboration with the Association of Ifugao Municipal Civil Registrars (AIMCRs), successfully conducted a Mobile Registration and Security Paper (SECPA) Issuance Outreach Program on March 25-26, 2025, bringing essential civil registration services closer to the people of Tinoc, particularly those in remote and underserved areas.
Originally planned as a one-day activity, the program was extended to two days due to the overwhelming demand for services. The National ID registration was conducted at the COMELEC Office, Poblacion, Tinoc, Ifugao, while the mobile issuance of Security Papers (Certificates of Live Birth, Marriage, Death, and Certificate of No Marriage Record [CENOMAR]) was held at the Municipal Office of Tinoc.
The PSA Ifugao team, facilitated the National ID registration, ensuring that residents had access to the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). Meanwhile, PSA RSSO CAR personnel also managed the mobile issuance of Security Papers, allowing applicants to receive their requested documents on the same day.

This initiative was made possible through the strong coordination between AIMCRs and the municipal and barangay local government units (LGUs) of Tinoc, leveraging both online and offline communication channels to maximize public awareness and participation.
The high turnout of clients highlighted the importance of accessible civil registration services in ensuring that every citizen has proper documentation. The PSA and AIMCRs remain committed to expanding these efforts, reaching more communities and further strengthening civil registration initiatives in the province.
Please tune in for further announcements regarding the next schedule of mobile issuance of SECPA in other municipalities of Ifugao.
