The Joint Provincial Statistics Committee (PSC) and Provincial Census-CBMS Coordinating Board (PCCB) of Apayao Province convened at LMP Building, Payanan, San Gregorio, Luna on 26 June 2024. The meeting was presided by Mr. Leonel A. Basquez representing PSC Chairman Engr. Henry B. Caluducan, EnP. In attendance were 41 participants from the provincial and municipal local government offices, and national line agencies within the province. Discussed during the meeting were the following agenda:
I. PSC
PhilSys Target vs. Accomplishment covering 02 January 2023 to 22 June 2024, Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP), Data Dissemination Forum on palay, corn, and other crop estimates discussed by Messrs. Jade Sumibcay and Arjay Baysa, and Ms. Corazon Bagto of the Philippine Statistics Authority:
2. Tourism statistics by Provincial Tourism Officer Rebecca T. Mamba;
3. Livestock and Poultry Inventories by Dr. Lei Robelle Domingo of the Provincial Veterinary Office;
4. Other Matters.
II. Updates on the PCCB 2024 POPCEN-CBMS by Dr. Chowen Jay Arellano.
