Farm Prices Survey (FPS) is a nationwide survey that collects data on farmgate or producer’s prices received by the farmers for their produce. Farmgate price is the farmer’s selling price for their produce at the point of sale excluding transportation of delivery fee. 
 
 
Cereals Farm Prices
 
The average farm price of palay, other variety dry was 15.65 pesos per kilogram in 3rd Quarter 2022 lower by 6.68 percent as compared to the same quarter in 2021.
 
Corn matured, yellow farm price marked a decrease of 19.67 percent from 19.06 pesos per kilo in 3rd Quarter 2021 to 15.31 pesos per kilo in 3rd quarter 2022. 
 
 
Livestock Products Farm Prices
 
Figure 2 showed that Carabao and Cattle for slaughter, backyard farm prices decreased in 3rd quarter 2022 as compared to the same quarter in 2021 while hog for slaughter, backyard increased from 209.30 pesos per kilo in 3rd quarter 2021 to 244.42 pesos per kilo in the same quarter of 2022. 
 
 
Poultry Products Farm Prices
 
Chicken native improved reported farm price was 200 pesos per kilo in 3rd quarter 2022. It decreased measly by 1.00 percent over the price of the same quarter in 2021. Also, farm price of duck for meat, backyard decreased by 10.19 percent from 176.49 pesos per kilo in 3rd Quarter 2021 to 158.50 pesos per kilo in the same quarter of 2022. 
 
 
Fruit Vegetables Farm Prices
 
Almost all kinds of fruit vegetables farm prices decreased in 3rd Quarter 2022 compared to the same quarter of last year. Chayote marked the highest decrease with 15.53 percent as compared of the same quarter last year followed by squash with 11.66 percent and ampalaya with 9.44. Eggplant long purple has the least decrease with 0.40 percent. On the other hand, farm price of okra and tomato went up by 54.91 percent and 44.95 percent respectively in 3rd quarter 2022 over the price of the same quarter in 2021. 
 
 
 
 
Leafy Vegetables Farm Prices
 
Farm price of ampalaya leaves and pechay native decreased in 3rd Quarter 2022 with 18.09 and 0.86 percent respectively over the price of the same quarter in 2021.  
 
 
Root Crops and Legumes Farm Prices
 
Farm prices of all kinds of root crops and legumes decreased in 3rd quarter 2022 as compared to the same quarter in 2021 except for the price of stringbeans long. It went up by 2.21 percent from 33.04 pesos per kilo in 3rd quarter 2021 to 33.77 pesos per kilo in the same quarter 2022.
 
   
 
Fruits Farm Prices
 
Farm prices of all kinds of banana in 3rd Quarter 2022 showed a negative remark over the price of the same quarter in 2021. Prices decreased by 35.34 percent for banana lakatan,  23.57 percent for banana latundan and 33.38 percent for banana saba.   
 
 
Non Food and Industrial Farm Prices
 
The average farm prices of coconut green young and matured showed a negative remark in 3rd quarter 2022 as compared to the same quarter of 2021. It decreased by 19.36 and 11.89 percent respectively.
