CALL FOR APPLICANTS FOR THE COMMUNITY-BASED MONITORING SYSTEM (CBMS) AS CONTRACT OF SERVICE WORKERS (COSWs)

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Ifugao needs the following office personnel for the Conduct of 2022 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS). 

A.   Qualification:

1.    Statistical Specialist II (SS II)
 

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Sociology, or other related courses;

• Preferably with CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility

• With Good written and oral communication

• Computer Literate with knowledge in a word processor and spreadsheet

• Physically fit to do fieldwork

• With Good Moral Character

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and beyond 5:00 pm, if necessary

• Does not have any existing work contract with other office/agency; and

• Not related up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity of the appointing/recommend officers and direct/immediate supervisors

2.    Information System Analyst I (ISA I)

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT-related courses;

• Preferably with CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility

• With Good written and oral communication

• Physically fit to do fieldwork

• With Good Moral Character

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and beyond 5:00 pm, if necessary

• Does not have any existing work contract with other office/agency; and

• Not related up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity of the appointing/recommend officers and direct/immediate supervisors

E.    Requirements

• Application Letter stating the specific position title with salary grade (SG) as posted.

• Two (2) original copies of duly filled out Personal Data Sheet (PDS)  with Recent Passport-sized picture taken within Three (3) months prior to submission of application (Civil Service Form 212, Revised 2017) with Work Experience Sheet (refer to Guide on filing out Personal Data Sheet).

• Photocopy of Authenticated Eligibility (CSC, CESB, RA1080, PRC, PD 907) (if any);

• Photocopy of Transcript of Records or Diploma

• Photocopy of Certificate of Training Relevant to the position applied and participated within the last five (5) years (if applicable)
