The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is conducting the 2025 Monthly Integrated Survey of Selected Statistics (MISSI) and the 2025 Producers Price Survey (PPS) to selected sample establishments within Baguio City and Benguet.

The main objective of MISSI is to monitor the performance of growth-oriented industries in the manufacturing section through monthly indicators in the form of indices and growth rates. The survey gathers monthly data on employment, compensation, value of production, revenue/sales, inventories, and capacity utilization rate from manufacturing establishments. The MISSI continues to regularly provide timely flash indicators that monitor the performance of growth-oriented industries in the manufacturing section. The indicators generated by the MISSI are in the form of indices and growth rates of value of production and net sales data. Indices on volume of production and volume of net sales are derived using the producer price index as deflator

On the other hand, The Producers Price survey (PPS) is the source of producer prices which are used in the generation and compilation of the monthly Producer Price Index (PPI) for the manufacturing section. The PPI for the manufacturing section measures the average change over time in the prices of products or commodities produced by domestic manufactures and sold at factory gate prices to wholesalers and/or other consumers in the domestic market relative to a base period.   

The PSA will utilize Self-Administered Questionnaires (SAQ) as the primary method of collection to distribute and collect the 2025 MISSI and 2025 PPS accomplished questionnaires.

The PSA adheres to the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality pursuant to R.A. No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and R.A. No. 10625 or the Philippine Statistical Act of 2013.  All information gathered on the survey are confidential and not for disclosure unless authorized by law.  Moreover, PSA will release data only in the form of summaries or statistical tables.

The PSA appeals and enjoins the selected sample establishments to support the 2025 Monthly Integrated Survey on Selected Establishments (MISSI) and the 2025 Producers price Survey (PPS).
