The number of registered births in the province of Kalinga for the third quarter of 2024 summed up to 1,402. It is lesser by 109 compared to last second quarter with 1,511. The City of Tabuk has the highest birth registered with 1.012 birth occurrences or 72.18% of the total registered births for the 3rd quarter 2024. The Municipality of Tanudan recorded the least number of documented births with 17 birth occurrences followed by the municipality of Pasil with 18 birth occurrences respectively.

The month of September recorded the highest number of registered births with 489 in the 3rd quarter of 2024 followed by July with 473 and the least was august with 440 registered births.

Almost three-fourths or 72.18 percent of the total number of registered births in Kalinga for the 3rd Quarter 2024 were from City of Tabuk. The remaining 27.82 percent came from the seven municipalities of the province. Tanudan and Pasil have the least with 1.21 and 1.28 percent respectively of the total number of registered live births in Kalinga.
In the province, more than half (68.26 percent) of the babies born were registered on time (957) compared to 31.74 percent (445) registered late.

In July 2024, there were more registered timely than late with 283 out of 473 registered. Tabuk City has higher number of registered timely than late with 252. The municipalities of Balbalan, Lubuagan, Pasil, Pinukpuk, Tanudan and Tinglayan have higher number of registered late than timely. Pasil have not recorded timely registration.

Higher rate of registered timely than late was observed in the month of August 2024. All municipalities except Tabuk City have higher number of registered late than timely. Pasil have no registration for timely.

Among the eight (8) city/municipalities of the province, Tabuk City and Rizal have higher number of registered timely than late registration. There was no registered timely in the municipality of Tanudan.
