WHEREAS, the PSA Board created the Regional Statistics Committee (RSC) through PSA Board Resoultion No. 5 Series of 2015 to provide direction and guidance to regional/local statistical development activities;
WHEREAS, one of the primary functions of the Regional Statistics Committee- Cordillera Administrative Region ( RSC-CAR) is to institute measures to strengthen the statistical capability of the local statistical system by solving problems and issues peculiar to the region;
WHEREAS, the RSC-CAR as the highest policy making and coordinating body on statistical matters in the region is responsible in formulating and approving statistical development activities at the regional and local levels, and in monitoring the status of their implementation;
WHEREAS, the 2022 Development Agenda (which form part of this Resolution) will guide the RSC-CAR in the discharge of its functions to ensure that all statistical concerns are completely covered and properly addressed;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, BE IT:
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Regional Statistics Committee - CAR, duly assembled, approves and adopts the 2022 RSC-CAR Development Agenda;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the development agenda shall be subject to periodic evaluation during the year;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution, 2022 RSC-CAR Development Agenda as attached, be forwarded to the Regional Development Council (RDC) - Cordillera and concerned agencies for their information and appropriate action.
