WHEREAS, the CAR Regional Statistical Development Program (RSDP) 2017-2023 envisions a responsive, effective and efficient regional statistical system that delivers quality statistics, products and services for evidence-based decision and policy-making towards inclusive and sustainable growth of the Cordillera;
WHEREAS, the CAR RSDP was adopted by this committee 2018 by virtue of RSC-CAR Resolution No. 01, series of 2018 during its First Quarter Meeting held on 26 February 2018;
WHEREAS, it is important to monitor the accomplishments of the regional line agencies, local government units, academe, and other stakeholders with regards to their enrolled statistical development programs (SDPs) in the CAR RSDP 2017-2023;
WHEREAS, it also important to update the SDPs in the CAR RSDP 2017-2023 considering the challenges and changes in the statistical demands in the regional statistical system;
WHEREAS, to meet the said objectives, blended consultations and workshop shall be conducted with members of the RSC-CAR and other contributory stakeholders in the monitoring and updating of the CAR RSDP 2017-2023;
WHEREAS, essential to the monitoring and updating is the crafting of appropriate forms needed for monitoring the SDPs and also in updating the RSDP of the Cordillera;
NOW THEREFORE, RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, Regional Statistics Committee CAR approves the use of the following RSDP Forms for monitoring and updating the CAR RSDP 2017-2023:
- CAR RSDP Monitoring Report Form 1 Series of 2021 (ANNEX RCR-01-20210203-01) and
- CAR RSDP Form 1.1 (Updates) (ANNEX RCR-01-20210203-01);
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Committee enjoins the regional line agencies, local government units, academe, and other stakeholders to support and participate in the monitoring and updating of the CAR RSDP 2017-2023 by accomplishing the said forms and submit to the RSC Secretariat/PSA-CAR;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of the resolution and the annexed forms shall be furnished to all concerned agencies and offices.
