WHEREAS, the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee was created through NSCB Resolution No. 1 and the NSCB Memorandum Circular No. 01-92 to serve as the highest policy making and coordinating body on statistical matters and to provide direction and guidance to the regional/local statistical development activities;
WHEREAS, the National Statistical Coordination Board Regional Unit in the Cordillera Administrative Region (NSCB RU-CAR) was created to address the concerns raised by the Cordillera Development Council in ResoSeptember 4, 201236">WHEREAS, the NSCB RU-CAR by virtue of Regional Budget Memorandum No 01-98 was tasked to review the statistical budget proposals of the regional line agencies in the Cordillera;
WHEREAS, statistical budget proposals of the regional line agencies in the Cordillera are as follows:

WHEREAS, these statistical budget proposals have been reviewed by the NSCB RU-CAR and are favorably endorsed subject to the conditions set in its assessment (see ANNEX: RSBR Form 02);
WHEREAS, these proposals, when approved, will generate or improve new generation of the designated statistical activities or data series as mandated under E. O. 352 and/or the appropriate NSCB Resolutions;
WHEREAS, these proposals when approved, are in support of the establishment of a well-coordinated local statistical system as mandated by EO 135;
WHEREAS, these proposals, when approved and implemented, will assist in he statistical development of the region;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED , that the RSCC endorse the statistical budget proposals of the regional line agencies in the Cordillera to the Joint CEB/CRA acting as the Cordillera Development Council (CDC).
