WHEREAS, as provided for in Article II of the NSCB Resolution No. 1, Series of 1992, the composition of the RSCC in CAR may be modified "to provide flexibility in its operations;"
WHEREAS, the above provision has already been earlier implemented with he modified composition of the RSCC-CAR during its organization on March 19, 1992;
WHEREAS, POPCOM-CAR's membership is necessary for the following reasons;
September 4, 2012->opemnt programs that involve statistics but which are not presently tied up with RSCC activities; and It can provide technical and resource assistance in RSCC-related activities;

It is the sources of various data regarding Population and Development which are integral in the Regional Development Plan;

WHEREAS, the membership of POPCOM-CAR int eh RSCC serves as the channel by which the consequent benefits for both entities and for our clients, will be acquired;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Committee members approve POPCOM-CAR's membership in RSCC-CAR.
