WHEREAS, the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee – Cordillera Administrative Region (RSCC-CAR) passed Resolution No. 03 series of 2006 on March 30, 2006 creating the Task Force on Disaster Management Statistics (TFDMS);

WHEREAS, the TFDMS was mandated to assist the Cordillera Regional Disaster Coordinating Council through the Office of Civil Defense as the Council’s Secretariat in identifying and providing data required to update the Regional Disaster Management Plan and formulate the Disaster Management Indicator System for the Cordillera Administrative Region;

WHEREAS, the TFDMS mandate need to be translated into functions and the same be implemented through an annual work program;

WHEREAS, the TFDMS drafted an annual work program hereto attached and which forms part of this resolution;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee adopt the 2007 Work Program of the Task Force on Disaster Management Statistics.
