WHEREAS, the Regional Statistics Committee(RSC) throug Philippine Statistics Authority(PSA) Board Resolution No. 5 Serise of 2015 can craete interagency statistical working groups to address specific statistical matters;

WHEREAS, the celebration of the National Statistcs Month(NSM aims to enhance regionwide awareness and appreciation of the value and importance of statistics to the different sectors and to elicit the support and cooperation of public to statistical activities;

WHEREAS, the conduct of the National Convention on Statistics (NCS) endeavorsto provide a forum to discuss prevailing issues and emerging developments affecting the Philippine Statistical System PSS and to elicit the cooperation and support form all sectors towards a more responsive statistical system;

WHEREAS, there is a need to coordinate the various activities of the government to ensure success of the celebration of the 27^th NSM and the participation of the 13^th NCS;

WHEREAS, there is a need to operationalize this endeavor by creating a technical working group to formulate the work program and undertake the necessary ground work;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Comittee create "Technical Working Group on the 2016 NSM & NCS" to undertake the above - mentioned tasks and be composed of the following agencies/institutions
