The Church of Christ Apayao and Cagayan Chapter invited Chief Statistical Specialist Geoffrey B. Calimuhayan and Registration Officer ll Joanna Lynne L. Castro to conduct a lecture on Administrative Order No. 1 series of 2021 in the Municipality of Santa Marcela, Apayao on August 19, 2024.

The lecture on Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2021 is geared towards providing the Solemnizing Officers (SOs) with the important provisions of the “2021 Implementing Rules and Regulations Governing the Registration of Authority to Solemnize Marriage of Bishops, Heads/Founders of Religions and Religious Sects, Priests, Rabis, religious Ministers, Tribal Heads/Leaders/Chieftains.” During the activity, the SOs were updated on their duties and responsibilities to avoid problems in marriages they solemnize.  After the lecture, Pastor John Ruel Lista, CCCPC president, thanked the lecturers and expressed his heartfelt gratitude.
