The Philippine Statistics Authority – Cordillera Administrative Region (PSA-CAR) released the CAR Women and Women (WAM) 2022 Statistical Handbook last December 27, 2022.

The 2022 Statistical Handbook on Women and Men in Cordillera presents the latest available gender statistics on the different priority sectors in the region through tables and figures with brief analyses. Data disaggregated to provinces and key cities are also provided whenever possible. Through this publication, the PSA – Regional Statistical

Services Office (RSSO) CAR hopes to contribute to the efforts in furthering gender mainstreaming and in fulfilling the various international gender-related commitments of our country.

The said publication comprises population, labor and employment, agriculture, education, vital events, health and family planning, social welfare and development, public life, migration, violence against women, and public order, safety, and justice.

PSA-CAR extends its utmost gratitude to the continuous support of data source agencies. Appreciation is also given to the clients who continue to patronize and recognize this publication as an essential tool for evidence-based decision making for the gender-related development in CAR.
