The Philippine Statistics Authority – Cordillera Administrative Region (PSA-CAR) conducted the Second Level Training on 2022 Census of Agriculture and Fisheries (CAF) Non- household Data Processing at the 3^rd Floor Conference Room of CTLL Building, 141 Abanao Extension, Rizal Monument, Baguio City last June 14 to 15, 2023. 

The 2022 CAF Non-household Data Processing is a major part of the quality assurance procedure of the census-taking. It aims to account all questionnaires submitted by provincial offices and other forms to be processed, encoding of the entries and checking the completeness, consistency and reliability of the entries in the questionnaires for generation of reports on marginal/ frequency and consistency table. To further ensure the quality of the data to be processed, the training includes discussion of the step-by-step process flow and hands-on application using the Data Processing System to test and familiarize the use of the system and basic troubleshooting of the errors encountered.

PSA-CAR Supervising Statistical Specialist Warren B. Mamanteo and Information System Analyst I Reymarson P. Miclat served as the resource speakers during the two-day training. The participants were the hired Assistant Statistician, RSSO Clerk and Manual and Machine Processor. The training provided them the knowledge and workaround on the 2022 CAF Non-Household data processing system, manual processing, and coding forms. It was also the venue to inform them of their duties and responsibilities as personnel involved during the data processing operations.
