The Philippine Statistics Authority Benguet Provincial Statistical Office (PSA-Benguet) endorses document copies for advance to Civil Register Management Division (CRMD) of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Quezon City, thru the Civil Registry Services Outlet (CRSO) of PSA, Regional Office upon request. These documents to be endorsed must be those submitted by the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) on the current month which are accumulated or received and registered by their office prior to the month of submission. Said documents are the Birth, Marriage and Death. The requester must either be the: 1) document owner, 2) parents, and 3) persons authorized by the document owner or their parents. However, this can also be requested for advance from the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of the city or municipality where these events are registered and not yet submitted @ the PSA Provincial Office. In the Province of Benguet, all of its Municipal Civil Registrars (MCRs) of the 13 municipalities allows, except Baguio City wherein it does not endorse at their level. This is due to their bulk of work and for security reasons. This process or procedure is called Electronic Endorsement since the submission is done electronically. Those that request for electronic endorsement from the City or Municipal Civil Registrar (C/MCR) can submit them directly at the CRSO of PSA-regional office.

Electronic endorsement is the fastest way of acquiring PSA copy of Birth, Marriage and Death that were just newly registered in the current month. This can be obtained after ten (10) working days upon submission. This procedure does not follow the regular process of documents submission at the PSA Central Office.

PSA-Benguet is only confined at its jurisdiction. Therefore, those whose events or documents are outside the Province of Benguet shall see their respective PSA provincial offices for inquiries and endorsements.
