PSA Apayao Holds Successful Joint National ID System "Rehistro Bulilit Campaign" and Mobile Birth Registration in Kabugao

The Philippine Statistics Authority – Apayao successfully conducted the Joint National ID System “Rehistro Bulilit Campaign” alongside the Mobile Registration of Certificate of Live Birth under the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) at Barangay Poblacion, Kabugao, Apayao, on January 21, 2025.
The mobile registration unit provided free services to families in Barangay Poblacion, allowing parents to register their children’s birth certificates while also enrolling in the national ID system. This effort aligns with PSA’s mission to improve civil registration and ensure that all Filipinos, particularly those in remote communities, have access to crucial identification and government services.
A total of of 61 individuals were registered in the National ID system of which 17 are aged 3 months old to 4 years old and 44 registrants are aged 5 above.
