21 February 2025 – PSA Provincial Statistical Office’ personnel conducted their 2nd gift giving activity for 2025 at Upper Atok Elementary School, Upper Atok barangay, a remote area in the municipality of Flora, Apayao. There were 77 learners from Kinder to Grade 6 who were served small gifts of school supplies with funds provided by the Provincial Government of Apayao thru PSA-Apayao. 

Information Awareness Campaign was also done by National ID RO II Jade M. Sumibcay, informing the school teachers and learners of the ongoing registration from zero months old and above, and updating of the demographic information in their IDs. Moreover, a joint activity of the National ID team and personnel from DSWD-SWAD will be at Upper Atok barangay hall on February 28 for the registration of unregistered 4Ps beneficiaries and other individuals, who were advised to bring along with them the requirements such as birth certificates, school ID or any valid ID.
