The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Abra Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) personnel participated in the PNP Medical and Outreach Program conducted by the 2^nd Abra Provincial Mobile Force Company held at Sitio Batbato, Kinabiti, Pilar, Abra on February 14, 2024.   The PSA Abra personnel includes PhilSys Provincial Focal Person (PFP) Jonnel P. Aveño, Information Officer I Angelee Ann B. Perez, Registration Center Supervisor Joana Cris B. Blaquera, and Registration Kit Operator Peter Mark B. Dela Paz. Representatives from the Local Government Unit (LGU) - Pilar, and other National Government Agencies (NGAs) also participated in the event. Their participation brings the services closer to the people.

The activity formally started with a prayer led by Pastor Elmo Salingbay, followed by the welcome remarks of Barangay Chairman Antero D. Doral. After the welcome remarks, representatives from the different agencies explained their mandates and services. The PNP live band performed an intermission song. Parlor games were also conducted for the kids. The winners were given P100 cash prize and simple bags for consolation prizes. School supplies were also given to the kids. The services of various agencies were simultaneously rendered to the people while the program is going on. Among the services rendered were haircut, manicure, pedicure, medical and dental services, tutorials on how to bake cakes and how to make dishwashing liquid and fabric conditioner, and response to the inquiries about the mandate of each agency. The PSA personnel conducted PhilSys Step 2 Registration. DSWD personnel distributed relief goods to each family after the lunch break. The activity ended at 2:39 PM with a closing remarks delivered by PNP LTCOL. Dickson K. Banes. Barangay Chairman Doral also expressed his gratitude to all the personnel present in the activity.
