PSA-Abra Conducts Poster Making Contest on Civil Registration at Capitan National High School, Daguioman

In celebration of the 2023 Civil Registration Month (CRM), poster making contest was conducted at Capitan National High School, Daguioman, Abra on February 21, 2023 based on the 33rd CRM theme “PSA @10: Providing Efficient and Effective Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Through Digital Transformation”.

There were eight (8) contestants from Grades 9 to 12. The office provided the materials. Medals and certificates were awarded to winners. Elianne May Saboy garnered the 1st place, Bea Puya-ao got the 2nd place and Kenjie Obngayan ranked 3rd place. The contestants were judged based on the following criteria: Originality and Creativity (60%), Relevance to the Theme (30%), and Neatness of Art Work (10%) for a total of 100%. Guest judges were Mr. Isagani Guisoben of DepEd, Ms. Gina Tulingan of the PNP and Ms. Andrea Bolaoit of LGU Daguioman.
