PSA-Abra Personnel Conduct IEC Campaign on Civil Registration at Culiong, San Juan and Nalbuan, Licuan-Baay

In celebration of the 2023 Civil Registration Month (CRM), four PSA-Abra personnel conducted Information, Education and Communication (IEC) campaign on Civil Registration to the parents, teachers and pupils of Culiong Daycare Center at Culiong, San Juan, Abra on February 6, 2023. The pupils were given the privilege to request birth certificates for free as part of the CRM celebration. Other residents requested their birth and marriage certificates without travelling to the CRS outlet in Bangued.

The same activity was conducted at the Municipality of Licuan-Baay on February 16, 2023 which was attended by the municipal employees and residents of barangay Nalbuan.

Questions on civil registration and the ePhilId were answered during the open forum by Statistical Analysts Leida Margarita Purugganan and Maria Edna Ballera, Administrative Officer I Lulette Agudelo and Administrative Aide VI Paz Lourelie Casem.
