Conduct of 2022 Annual Survey of Philippine Business and Industry (ASPB

 

In May 2023, the country will undertake its 50th series of annual survey of establishments with 2022 as the reference period. The purpose of ASPBI is to collect and generate information on the levels, structure, performance, and trends of economic activities of the formal sector of the nation’s economy. It also generates essential statistics for economic planning and analysis.

In the province of Apayao, sample establishments represent the Agricultural, forestry, and fishing; Manufacturing; Construction; Wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; Accommodation and food service activities; Financial and insurance activities; Professional, scientific and technical activities; Arts, entertainment and recreation; and Other service activities. These sample establishments are scattered in all the seven (7) municipalities of the province with a total of 21.

For the success of this survey, PSA is urging establishments involved to cooperate by answering the questionnaire.
