The Philippine Statistics Authority – Apayao launched Rehistro Bulilit Campaign to increase the registration turnout of children aged one to four years old at Dagupan, Luna, Apayao on 29 August 2024. 

This campaign was aimed to encourage parents/guardians in their absence to register their children to the National ID Sytem and ensure that they are aware and able to comply with the necessary supporting document/s to present their registration.

A total of 55 individuals were registered in the National ID system of which 72.7 percent belong to 1 to 4 years old, and the rest composed of ages 5 to 60 years old.  Also, 14 ePhilIDs were issued during the activity.

The kids found registration even more fun when the PhilSys Apayao team decorated the venue with vibrant banners and photo booth filled with balloons. Snacks and simple token were given to each kid. This approach made the entire registration process simple and convenient for kids, as well as enjoyable and memorable for them.
