MCCB convening at Flora (left) and Santa Marcela (right)  on June 25.

The Municipal Census-CBMS Coordinating Board (MCCB) in each of the seven (7) municipalities of Apayao Province was convened in full-swing during the week as follows: Pudtol, June 24; Flora, June 25 a.m.; Santa Marcela, June 25 p.m.; Luna, June 27; Calanasan, June 28; Conner, June 28 a.m.; and Kabugao, June 28 p.m.

About two to three staff were assigned per day to cover one to two Municipal Local Government Units (MLGUs) before the start of the municipal level training. The results were fruitful with the great majority of MLGUs that have committed to provide free venue. Nearly half were willing to shoulder the Enumerators’ Manual for their enumerators assigned within their own municipality, while some have no final commitment yet as of the date of the MCCB.   Likewise, some classrooms were offered by the Department of Education as classes have not started yet.

MCCB convening at Kabugao on June 28.

MCCB convening at Calanasan on June 28.
