The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-Abra Provincial Statistical Office celebrated the 2022 Civil Registration Month with the theme "Improving Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Implementation Strategies Through Digital Transformation" with the following activities:

• Display of tarpaulin infront of the office rented building and different Local Civil registrar Offices in the municipalities of the province

• ​Motorcade of PSA personnel and Municipal Civil Registrars (MCRs) around the capital town of Bangued on February 11, 2022 to enhance public awareness on the importance of civil registration

• Chief Statistical Specialist Felixberto Perdido conducted the monthly meeting of MCRs at SB Session Hall, Manabo, Abra on February 11, 2022

• CSS Perdido gave a message during the Mass wedding at Poblacion, Pilar, Abra on February 14, 2022. Statistical Analyst Florante Bigornia and Assistant Statistician Raian Francisco relayed the message of CSS Perdido during the mass wedding on February 14, 2022 in Manabo and Tubo, respectively.

• CSS Perdido served as resource person during the training on RA 9048 of PSA and LCRO personnel on Feb. 17, 2022 at Luna, Apayao

• Poster Making Contest on February 17, 2022 participated by eight (8) Senior High School students from Divine Word College of Bangued (DWCB), Abra High School (AHS), Holy Spirit Academy of Bangued (HSAB) and Abra State of Institute and Colleges (ASIST). Three winners were awarded with certificates, trophies and cash.

• Mobile registration conducted by CSS Perdido, MCR Rebecca Talingdan and Birth Registration Agent (BRA) Jocelyn Balling at barangays Kinabiti and Bolbolo, Pilar on February 23, 2022. Administrative Aide VI Paz Lourelie Casem, MCR Talingdan and BRA Balling also conducted mobile registration at barangays Gapang and Maliplipit , Pilar on February 24, 2022
