About 7 in Every 10 Civil Registry Documents in Paracelis are Births

In 2022, the municipality of Paracelis accumulated a total of 959 civil registry documents which was 19.13 percent higher compared to the 805 registry documents listed in 2021. As expected, birth took the bulk of the documents with 692 registered births taking 72.16 percent of the total registry documents in the municipality. This means that about 7 in every 10 documents were births. This was 30.57 percent increase from its births in 2021 at 530.
 
Meanwhile, 2022 registered marriages in the municipality at 150 had 28.21 percent increase from the listed marriages in 2021 at 117. This data also took 15.64 percent of the total registry documents in Paracelis.
 
Recorded deaths of 117 decreased by 25.95 percent compared to the previous year with 158 recorded deaths.
 

About Two in Every Ten Births in Mountain Province are Registered in Paracelis

The municipality of Paracelis registered a total of 692 births in 2022. It had 16.97 percent share to the total births listed in the province at 4,077 births. This translates to about 2 in every 10 births in the province were from this municipality.
 
In 2021, Paracelis contributed 17.51 percent to the total registered births in Mountain Province. This means that about 2 in every 10 births in the province were listed in the municipality.

About Two in Every Ten Illegitimate Births are Registered in Paracelis

Of the 1,407 illegitimate births registered in Mountain Province in 2022, 315 births or 22.39 percent of the total were registered in Paracelis. This means that about 2 in every 10 babies registered in the province in 2022 who were born out of wedlock were listed in this municipality.

This means that about 2 in every 10 marriages recorded in 2022 in Mountain Province were from this municipality. In 2021, Paracelis listed 117 marriages which was 17.49 percent of the total marriages recorded in the province.
 
Paracelis’ record of 150 marriages in 2022 was 28.21 percent higher compared to the weddings it registered in 2021 at 117 marriages.

By type of ceremony, 442 or 54.98 percent of the total marriages in the province were civil weddings. This means that about 5 in every 10 marriages registered this year were civil weddings.
 
Of these 442 civil weddings, 29 or 6.56 percent were recorded in Paracelis which only means that about 7 in every 100 civil marriages in the province were from this municipality.
 
In addition, 19.33 percent of the total marriages in Paracelis were civil marriages. This means that about 2 in every 10 marriages in the municipality were civil weddings. Also, 15.33 percent were solemnized by the Roman Catholic church and the rest were from other religious rites.
 
 
Marriage is a special contract of permanent union between a man and a woman entered into in accordance with law for the establishment of conjugal and family life.

About One in Every Ten Deaths in the Province is Registered in Paracelis

According to records by municipality, Paracelis recorded 117 deaths for the year or 12.29 percent of the total deaths listed in the province. This means that about 1 in every 10 deaths in Mountain Province was recorded in this municipality. In 2021, Paracelis recorded a total of 158 deaths.
 
The 117 deaths registered this year in Paracelis was 25.95 percent lower than the recorded deaths it registered in 2021 at 158.
 

About 56 in Every 100 Deaths in Paracelis are Males

Of the 117 deaths registered in Paracelis in 2022, 66 or 56.41 percent were males. This means that about 56 in every 100 deaths were males. Same trend was observed in the years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
 
2021 had the highest number of male deaths at 96 while the least number of deaths was recoded in 2020 at 51 male deaths.

About Five in Every Ten Deaths are Married

According to marital status of the dead, 60 or 51.28 percent were married. This only means that 5 in every 10 deaths in the municipality were married; 28.21 were widowed/ widower and 20.51 percent were single.
 
Categorizing by sex, 56.06 percent of the male deaths were married. This translates to about 6 in every ten male deaths were married. 28.79 percent were single and 15.15 percent were widower.
 
For female deaths, 45.10 percent were widow; another 45.10 percent were married and 9.8 percent were single.
