The Civil Registration Month is celebrated in February of every year pursuant to Proclamation No. 682 signed by the former President Corazon C. Aquino on 28 January 1991. This annual celebration aims to remind the Filipinos of their duty to register acts and events concerning status of persons, enhance nationwide awareness, and appreciation of the legal, administrative, and statistical values of civil registry documents.

The motorcade started at 8:00 AM with 53 participants comprised of PSAApayao employees, Highway Patrol Group (HPG) personnel, Luna Municipal Police, Municipal and Provincial Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and workforce from national line agencies such as the Department of Health (DOH), Department of Labor and Employees (DOLE), Department of Social Welfare and Development-SWAD, Commission on Election (COMELEC), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Phil health, and Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR).

The CRM celebration features its theme “CRVS: The Future of Seamless Service” geared at delivering smooth processing and efficient services to public.
