The Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) continues its commitment to promote a seamless delivery of services to all Filipino citizens.

The PhilSys registration personnel of Mountain Province took action on the National ID registration of individuals with special needs who requested to be registered at their own homes. Unregistered family members and neighboring households were likewise accommodated. After registration, the process of PhilID delivery, data privacy protection, and importance of ePhilID were explained for them to appreciate the full worth of the National ID.

To immediately enjoy the benefits of being PhilSys-registered, ephilID may also be issued after the registration if readily accessible for downloading. Otherwise, the guardian of the registrant will be contacted once the ID is available for claiming.

Home service activity is a door-to-door approach of the province to bring the services closer to those who are having difficulties reaching the assigned registration areas and to ensure that no Filipino is left behind. With this, a family member may set an appointment or schedule to register the concerned registrant. Barangay officials or any of the community may also recommend someone who can be catered.
