Mobile Registration Actively Implementing by PhilSys Registration Teams in CAR

Baguio City – In the continuing implementation of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) in Cordillera, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) actively implementing its PhilSys mobile registration to boost the number of registered Filipinos and resident aliens across the region.
Provincial and mobile registration centers registered 644,391 registrants as of September 15, 2022. These make up 51.61 percent of PSA’s January - September target in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
PhilSys mobile registration teams are now located in different regions to encourage and build awareness among more people about the PhilSys Step 2 registration and how they can avail of it. People who are interested to register can go to the following locations:
Benguet (Center Mall, Porta Vaga Mall, Maharlika Livelihood Center, Abanao Square, Mabini Shopping Center, National Bureau of Investigation, Skyworld, Benguet Provincial Capitol, Baguio Health Center, Laperal Building, UCCP – Rizal Monument, Genesis Transport Terminal, Lopez Building, Victory Liner Inc. – Terminal, PSA RSSO-CAR, Pineshill Building, Malcolm Square, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Baguio City Hall – One Stop Shop, La Trinidad – Municipal Hall, Jewel Igorot Center, San Jose School of La Trinidad, and Buyagan Elementary School)

Recently, the Philippine Statistics Authority launched the PhilSys Check, a website that enables a person/party to verify the authenticity of a PhilID card and the information contained in its QR code. PhilID cards can now be verified through https://verify.philsys.gov.ph.
