In the first quarter of 2024, there were a total of 293 registered marriages. The City of Tabuk had the highest number of registered marriages with 140 occurrences or 47.78% of the total registered marriages. Meanwhile, the municipality of Pasil had the lowest number of documented marriages with only 5 occurrences. The municipalities of Balbalan and Lubuagan followed with 14 registered marriages each during the first quarter of 2024.


The month of January has the highest number of registered marriages with 122 in the 1st quarter 2024 followed by February with 108 and the least was March with 63 registered births.

Almost half or 47.74 percent of the total number of registered marriages in Kalinga for the 1st Quarter 2024 were from City of Tabuk. The remaining 52.26 percent came from the 7 municipalities of the province. Pasil has the least with 1.71 percent of the total number of registered live births in Kalinga.
In the province, almost all (96.25 percent) of marriages registered on time (282) compared to 3.75 percent (11) registered late.


In January 2024, there were more registered timely than late with 116 out of 122 registered. Tabuk City has higher number of registered timely than late with 53. It was seconded by the municipality of Pinukpuk with 22. The municipalities of Lubuagan, Pasil and Rizal have no record of late registration.

In February 2024, there was a higher rate of timely registrations compared to late registrations. Balbalan, Rizal, Tanudan, and Tinglayan municipalities had a 100% timely registration. Pasil had one timely and Lubuagan has no record of either timely or late registration.

Out of the eight (8) city/municipalities in the province, Tabuk City has the highest number of registered timely. The municipalities of Balbalan, Lubuagan, Rizal, Tanudan and Tinglayan have recorded zero rates of delayed registration. Meanwhile, Pasil has neither timely or late registration in their municipality.
