The consolidated 2011 Agency Release Calendars (ARC) for the region can already be accessed online. The purpose of the ARC is to promote transparency, timeliness and accessibility of government information by providing information to the public as to what statistical outputs are expected to be released by the agencies and when these will become available.

This year's regional ARC consists of submissions from the following regional line agencies:

Baguio City Economic Zone (BCEZ)
Bureau of Agricultural Statistics (BAS)
Commission on Population (POPCOM)
Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR)
Department of Budget & Management (DBM)
Department of Environment & Natural Resources (DENR)
Department of Health (DOH)
Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE)
Department of Social Welfare & Development (DSWD)
National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB)
Technical Education & Skills Development Authority (TESDA)

There is an ARC section on the regional website which features for easy reference and navigation, drop-down menus of each agency release calendar and for each month of the year. The 2011 ARC can also be downloaded in two (2) PDF files: release calendar sorted by agency and sorted by month of release.

The NSCB in CAR has been consolidating the region's ARC since 2005. Starting this year, quarterly monitoring report will be prepared as to what statistical outputs have been released as per schedule. The monitoring reports will be presented to the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee (RSCC) and will also be uploaded to the web for the information of the public.
